We ship your order within 7 business days after purchase, you will be notified once it has been shipped. We ship 2-day ground shipping whenever possible but priority 2 day shipping whenever a destination is outside of those parameters. Bad Nutrition searches high and low for the lowest rates we can offer our customers today. Shipping is no additional cost to you.
